Synopsis of Original Bill: (without Amendments)

This House Resolution establishes the Traffic Fines Working Group to explore best practices and possible improvements to the process of imposing and collecting fines for minor traffic offenses. The Working Group will report its findings to the Governor, President Pro Tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives on or before January 31, 2016.
